PURPOSE: A verticality windmill for a wind power generation system is provided to increase an energy generating function using wind force. CONSTITUTION: A verticality windmill for a wind power generation system comprises a wind guide plate(12) and a generator. The wind guide plate guides the wind from sea surface and ground. An inclined plate(11) is formed in the wind guide plate. The wind guide plate is radial shape. A generator is connected to an axis of rotation(13). The axis of rotation is formed on a center.
