METALLIC TONE RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a design by the groove part compatible with a design by metallic feeling the same as that of coating even in a rectangular groove part exists on the design face of a molded product.

SOLUTION: When 0.1-4 wt.pts. of a brilliancy effect material is added to 100 wt.pts. of a thermoplastic resin to adjust the aspect ratio to Y and the depth of the groove part containing a rectangle on the design face to Xd mm, conditions of Y≥30, Xd≥0.3, Y≤-100Xd+80 are made to be satisfied.
