<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of being used in safety without using a high pressure boiler and the like and causing a risk of device rupture, free from arising of firing and ignition, reducing initial costs, and hygienically performing indirect heating of 100°C or more in safety by using a silicone oil as a heat medium liquid at an arbitrary temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The silicone oil 2 is heated to a boiling point in a vacuum atmosphere, and the heating target liquid 3 is heated by using the steam of 100°C or more generated by heating of boiling point through a heat exchange member 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
