<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal efficiently diffusing heat inside a case body, so as to allow the temperature of a highest temperature part on the outer surface of the case body to be equal to or less than a prescribed temperature. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal 10 includes: the first case body 11; the second case body 12; and a connection part 13 for freely openably connecting the first case body 11 to the second case body 12. A printed board, a heat generation member fixedly arranged on the printed board, and heat flow control means are arranged inside the first case body 11. A plurality of heat transfer members as the heat flow control means are connected to the heat generation member at one end and to the rear surface of the second surface 15 at the other end in order to prevent heat quantity from being concentrated on a part opposing to the heat generation member of the second surface 15. When the whole heat transfer members are constituted of materials with the same heat conductivity, the lengths and the cross-sectional areas with respect to a heat transmission direction in the respective heat transfer members are made to be the same concerning the ratio of lengths to cross-sectional areas.
