PURPOSE: A method of digital broadcast service and a system thereof are provided to save network resource by connecting or disconnecting wireless network as occasion demands. CONSTITUTION: A method for digital broadcasting service of a user equipment(200) and a service server(100) is as following. The user equipment and the service server are connected to a wireless network and a broadcasting network. The user equipment registers a service through the wireless network. The user equipment purchases the broadcast service on the wireless network at the service server. The user equipment requests the authentication KEY according to the broadcast service for the service server through the wireless network. The wireless network connection is terminated among the service registration process, and the service purchase process and authentication KEY request process after one process.
