<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fish free from discoloration of fish meat when circulating, even without using a discoloration preventing agent, and capable of retaining a ponceau color for a long period. <P>SOLUTION: The fish is raised on farms using fish feed which contains a Flammulina velutipes extract. As a result of this, the fish meat of the farm-raised fish, especially dark colored flesh is prevented from discoloring with the lapse of time, and the ponceau color can be retained for a long period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
