<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved technique for healing or preventing inflammation, damage and other changes that occur prior to, during or immediately after a myocardial failure. <P>SOLUTION: Use of a polypeptide comprising amino acid sequence LKKTET for producing agents for transforming from endothelial cell to mesenchymal cell, or a conservative variant thereof is provided herein.
