GRINDING METHOD AND GRINDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding method can efficiently and inexpensively obtain a good grinding result in a system for pressurizing a container having flexibility from the outside to grind the same.

SOLUTION: A buffer solution and a target 4 are put in a container 1 having flexibility and used for extracting a sample and the target 4 in the container 1 is automatically triturated by pressurizing the container 1 from the outside. The container 1 is pressurized by pressure elements 6 and 7 to triturate the target 4. The pressurization by the pressure elements 6 and 7 is relaxed on the way of the trituration. A chance for again returning the target once escaped from the pressure elements 6 and 7 to the position receiving the force by the pressure elements 6 and 7 is provided. The target is uniformly triturate to obtain the good triturating result.
