<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear side cover supporting structure for a motorcycle hardly resonated while attaining enhancement of appearance and reduction of weight. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A tail lamp 77 is arranged on a rear part between the left and right rear side covers 74, and a rear end part 74E of the rear side cover 74 becoming an upper part of the rear part of the rear side cover 74 is extended along a lower surface of a grab rail 68. An upwardly extending claw part 74b is formed on an upper surface 74a of the rear end part 74E, a groove part 113b inserted with the claw part 74b is provided on the lower surface of the grab rail 68, and the lower surface 74c of the rear end part 74E is abutted on the tail lamp 77 through a cushion member 115.
