An image display device (1) comprises a display (12) and an image recorder (8) for storing an a file (100) including a plurality of image data indicative of a subject X taken from a like number of directions, one of the plurality of image data including an management area (1012) indicating that the plurality of image data are related with each other. When a command to display the plurality of image data included in the file (100) on the display is given due to operation of a predetermined key of a key-in unit (13), the data on the like number of directions from which the plurality of image data are taken are acquired, the data being recorded in the file (100), thereby setting a display state of the display (12). Then, the plurality of image data are displayed on the display (12) in the set display state (FIG. 7).
