PURPOSE: A double-side adhesive sheet and a touch panel-integrated display device are provided to improve the shock resistance and antifriction of the display device. CONSTITUTION: A double-side adhesive sheet(100) comprises a transparent film(110), the first surface processing layer(120), the second surface processing layer(130), the first adhesive layer(140) and the second adhesive layer(150). The transparent film has the first surface(111) and the second surface(112) which is opposite to the first surface. The first surface processing layer is formed on the first surface of the transparent film and the second surface processing layer is formed on the second surface. The first and second adhesive layers are respectively formed on the first and second surface processing layers.
