<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact signal output device which processes control information, relating to facility devices, inputted from a telephone terminal as a contact signal for appropriately controlling ON/OFF of facility devices. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A contact signal output device includes: a facility control information receiving unit 13 for receiving a contact signal transmitted from a private branch exchange 5; a reception time measuring unit 14 for measuring a time duration after the reception of the contact signal; a setting time storage unit 15 for storing a setting value relating to the time duration after reception; an internal circuit 16 including a contact to perform ON/OFF operation; a contact signal processing unit 17 for processing a contact signal from an analog office line circuit 7 through the ON/OFF operation of the internal circuit 16; and a contact signal transmitting unit 18, to which an input terminal of a facility device 2 is connected, for transmitting the processed contact signal. The contact signal processing unit 17 controls the ON/OFF operation of the internal circuit 11 on the basis of the time duration and the setting value and processes the control information relating to facilities as a contact signal for controlling the facility device 2.
