The installation switchgear has a current limiting resistance and a holding opening which is provided in a current limiting resistance (1). A shank of a heat dissipating element (64) is engaged in the current limiting resistance. The shank is coupled with the current limiting resistance at the interior of a cladding surface of the holding opening, so that the heat coming out of the interior of the current limiting resistance is discharged outside by the heat dissipating element. The shank has a wave-like longitudinal sectional contour for clamping with the interior of the holding opening. An independent claim is included for an electrical wire winding with a coil input and a coil output.
