<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of precious metal scraps for easily recycling precious metal, preventing deterioration of durability due to overheating in a first combustion furnace, and preventing the risk of the occurrence of dioxin and ignition of incinerated ash, and to provide a device therefor. <P>SOLUTION: In the treatment method of precious metal scraps, the precious metal scraps 2a are thermally decomposed and gasified by being heated in the first combustion furnace 10 while preventing intrusion of free air, and a gasified volume-reduced object 2b that is a residue after the gasification is further burned in a second combustion furnace 21a. The treatment device includes the first combustion furnace 10 for heating while preventing intrusion of free air, the second combustion furnace 21a for burning the volume-reduced object 2b, a third combustion furnace 21b for burning combustible pyrolysis gas, a rapid cooling tower for rapidly cooling exhaust gas generated in the third combustion furnace 21b, and a cooling device 40 for cooling incinerated ash 2c of the precious metal scraps 2a burned in the second combustion furnace 21a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
