PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester that simply moves a grain culm raising apparatus 223 from the front side of a reaping apparatus 3 and improves maintenance workability at the front side of the reaping apparatus 3. SOLUTION: In the combine harvester that is equipped with a traveling machine body 1 furnished with a traveling part 2 to be operated by an engine 14, the reaping apparatus 3 and a threshing apparatus 5 in which the reaping apparatus 3 raises grain culms planted in a field by the grain culm raising apparatus 223, cuts the plant foots of the grain culms by a cutting blade apparatus 222, conveys the grain culms to the threshing apparatus 5 by a grain culm conveying apparatus 224 and the grain culm raising apparatus 223 is equipped with a plurality of the multi-ridge raising cases 29 in a laterally arranged state, the plurality of the raising cases 29 are dividedly composed of right raising cases 29a and left raising cases 29b, longitudinal shafts 85 are arranged at the backside of the raising cases 29 at the outsides of right and left machines, respectively, at least one of right and left raising units 29a and 29b is arranged rotatably around each of the right and left longitudinal shafts 85 toward the outsides of the right and left machines.
