PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a speech while watching an image of a visitor on a remote mobile terminal through a network, when the visitor to the house presses a call button of a door intercom, regarding a system for interlocking a door intercom apparatus and an IP type cellular phone. SOLUTION: In a system for interlocking a door intercom apparatus 1 and an IP type cellular phone, the door intercom apparatus connected to the Internet 2 has a voice input/output unit 1b and a camera 1a. In response to an instruction of registration to a mobile terminal of a call incoming destination, a request of position registration to the instructed mobile terminal is transmitted to a SIP server, the SIP server transmits the instruction to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal transmits a request of position information registration to the SIP server and performs registration. When a request of connection for calling is transmitted to the SIP server in response to pressing of the call button, the SIP server uses registered position information of the mobile terminal to transmit the connection request and when a response is obtained, a video image captured by the door intercom apparatus is transmitted to the mobile terminal so as to start a two-way speech.
