Provided is a progress managing system, which is enabled, by reporting clearly a status of progress, various cautions and messages accompanying the progress, to improve an efficiency of managing the status of progress in processing documents and an efficiency of processing documents. The patent-progress managing system (PS) manages the progress in processing documents of patent cases which are completed by a plurality of working steps preset according to the time sequences. The patent-progress managing system (PS) comprises a reader (300) for reading the information through wireless communications from a wireless tag label (T) correlated to a patent case. The reader (300) includes a microphone (310), to which an operator inputs the natural voice so as to record the natural voice as voice data relating to the working step of the patent case, and a speaker (320) for reproducing the voice data recorded in relation to the working step on the basis of the information acquired from the wireless tag label (T).
