METHOD FOR DYNAMIC CHANNEL ALLOCATION CONSIDERING CROSS TIME SLOT IN CDMA SYSTEM AND APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A dynamic channel allocation method considering a cross time slot in a CDMA system and an apparatus thereof are provided to minimize interference between adjacent cells when a cross time slot is generated and reduce influence between adjacent cells, thereby effectively providing an asymmetrical service. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic channel allocation method considering a cross time slot in a CDMA system includes a group setting unit(310), a channel assigning unit(330) and a cell defining unit(320). The group setting unit distinguishes groups near and far from mobile stations in a reference cell. The channel assigning unit compares link directions of the reference cell and an adjacent cell and respectively assigns mobile stations of a near group in the reference cell and mobile stations in a remote group to a channel of a time slot. The cell defining unit defines an adjacent cell per an area according to an area where mobile stations in the reference cells are located.
