PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing wire for orthodontics and the wire manufactured by the same are provided, which can achieve wire production of the high quality by removing hydrogen embrittlement. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing wire for orthodontics is constituted as follows. The wire for orthodontics is made of alloy of nickel, titanium, and so on. The irregular surface is formed by processing the surface of the wire(S100). The oxide formed in the surface of the wire which is surface-treated is removed(S200). The oxide removed surface of the wire is coated with silver(S300). The hydrogen embrittlement of the wire is removed by the silver(S400). The hydrogen embrittlement removed wire is coated with polymers(S500).
