<p>A method and system for multiplexing a first set of PLPs (Physical Layer Pipes) and a second set of PLPs in a PL (Physical Layer) frame, wherein said PL frame comprises a predetermined number of RF (Radio Frequency) channels. The method comprising the steps of obtaining respective data slices from each of the first and second sets of PLPs; dividing each data slice into a number of subslices, wherein the number of subslices is equal to the number of predetermined RF channels; allocating the subslices to the RF channels such that none of the subslices from the first set of PLPs share an OFDM symbol with a subslice of the second set of PLPs and such that the subslices of one data slice do not overlap in time on the RF channels.</p> |
