BATTERY SYSTEM HAVING BATTERY MODULE, THERMAL SWITCH, HEATING SOURCE AND PIN STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A battery system with a heating element, battery module, thermal switch and pin structure is provided to ensure the same battery characteristic at a low temperature as a room temperature by increasing the temperature of a battery module due to temperature rise of the heating element. CONSTITUTION: A battery system includes a battery case(110), a battery module(140), a heating structure(120), and a pin structure(170). The battery case forms an internal space, is positioned inside a battery case, and includes a battery. The heating structure is positioned inside the battery case and raises the temperature of a battery system by generating heat through external impact. The heating structure comprises gunpowder activated by an impact and a heating source(124) which is activated by detonation energy of gunpowder. The pin structure delivers external impact to a certain part of the heating structure.
