A method of manufacturing a magnetic-disk glass substrate (100) in this invention is characterized by placing the magnetic-disk glass substrate (100) in a case (300), adsorping, when storing the case (300) into a packaging bag (350), dust (310) floating in air by a charging device (320) charged with static electricity, thereby removing it from an atmosphere of a packaging operation, storing the case (300) with the magnetic-disk glass substrate (100) placed therein into the packaging bag (350), and sealing the packaging bag (350) in a degassed state.
