The invention relates to a method for purification of pharmacologically active proteins of interferon, based on the use of chromatography of cationic exchange on a solid matrix, carried out with morebasic pH, i.e. higher with respect to pH corresponding to the isoelectric point rI of the proteins to be purified, or pH at which these proteins still remain absorbed. In order to achieve such a result, buffer solutions are used with pH values and ionic strength, which are regulated from time to time in accordance with the type of the pharmacologically active protein being purified. |
