PURPOSE: A system and a method for supporting ubiquitous based M&A consulting are provided to contribute to the market revitalization of M&A consulting and national whole industry under the ubiquitous environment. CONSTITUTION: A ubiquitous based M&A consulting support system(20) comprises a sale information storage unit(24), a purchase information storage unit(25), a prior occupation information storage unit(22), and a consulting control unit(21). The sale information storage unit stores sale information which are input from terminals. The purchase information storage unit stores purchase information which are input from terminals. The prior occupation information storage unit stores the progressing consulting information during M&A consulting as a prior occupation signal. The consulting control unit controls each configuration to carry out M&A consulting and select/release the prior occupation information. |
