PURPOSE: A plate-shape member packing structure and a plate-shape member packing method are provided, which enable to perform the packing work rapidly and conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A plate-shape member packing structure includes a pallet(10), a sleeve(20), a pair of cells(30,40), a support stand(50), a paper tube(60), and a cap(70). The sleeve has a bottom board(21), left and right walls(22), and front and rear walls(23). The bottom board is settled on the pallet. The front and rear walls are equipped with a lower half and an upper half. The lower half is combined with the left-right wall. The support stand is settled on the top of the plate-shape member supported in the support groove of the cell. The paper tube is settled at corner portion of the sleeve while being stood on the bottom board. The cap is settled on the top of the sleeve and the upper end of the support stand.
