PURPOSE: A tape cutter including a tightening member is provided to improve the practicality and reduce the manufacturing cost by making the structure simple. CONSTITUTION: A tape cutter including a tightening member comprises followings. The cutter has a bonding surface(7-1), a cutting case(1), a tape(7), a tightening part and an adhesive part(3). The cutting case is connected with the tape and the bonding surface is adhered to the adhesive part with the tightening part. The tape is released by pulling the end part of the tape downwards. The tightening part is sliding down at the same time the bonding surface of the tape is detached from the adhesive part of the case.
