PURPOSE: A method for forming a nanoparticle layer is provided to realize the application of the nanoparticle layer on a large area. CONSTITUTION: A method for forming a nanoparticle layer comprises the following steps of: mounting a first substrate(50) where a porous filter(40) and an aperture(50a) are placed on a vacuum-filter; pouring a nanoparticle solution into the vacuum-filter through the aperture and making it vacuum; and allowing the nanoparticles(25') to be arranged along the aperture. The nanoparticle is rod-shaped. The aperture has an anisotropic shape. The porous filter is made of AAO(anodizing aluminum oxide). The nanoparticles are made of PTCDI(Perylenetetracarboxyldiimide).
