PURPOSE: A device, a system and a method for obtaining information in a living body are provided to supply convenience in sanitation by simplifying a configuration to be used as one time used product. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for obtaining information in a living body includes an information obtaining main body, a control wire(103), a signal applying wire and an induction pipe. The information obtaining main body obtains bio information in a living body of a subject. The information obtaining main body transmits the bio information obtained by human body communication. The control wire is connected to the information obtaining main body. The control wire adjusts an information obtaining operation. The signal applying wire is connected to the information obtaining main body. The signal applying wire applies a standby signal. The induction pipe is connected to the information obtaining main body. The induction pipe protects the control wire and the signal applying wire.
