Fitting device for fibre cabling (10), which fibre cabling comprises a plurality of individual optical fibres. The fitting device comprises a nozzle-shaped unit (1) having a first and a second end, a fibre- gathering and fibre -centring section disposed on the first end, and a perforated section disposed on the second end. The fibre -gathering and fibre -centring section has a cavity open towards the first end, which cavity is delimited in the lateral direction by a cavity wall (2) and extends from the first end to the perforated section. The perforated section has a number of holes (6), which extend from the cavity to the second end and which are each configured to receive an individual fibre. The invention also relates to a method of fitting a fibre cabling to such a fitting device. |
