SHAVING COMPOSITION CONTAINING POLYGLYCERYL ESTER SURFACTANT

Disclosed are shaving compositions that contain a polyglyceryl a fatty ester surfactant and fatty alcohol. In particular the shaving composition comprise s, in percent by weight, about 65 % to about 94 % water, about 1 % to about 10 % of a C12-22 fatty alcohol, about 1 % to about 6 % of a volatile hydrocarbon propellant, and about 1 % to about 10 % of a polyglyceryl fatty ester surfactant. Preferably the shaving composition is subtantially free of anion ic surface active agents such as soap or detergent.
