FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery. Intra-operation monitoring and neurolysis of recurrent nerve are performed. In case if there are epineural lesions or it is impossible to ensure full-fledged neurolysis of recurrent nerve, its resection is performed. Further, vagus nerve is cut off, place of dissection is determined basing on length of vagus nerve necessary for application of anastomosis with distal end of resected recurrent nerve. Rotating vagus nerve, it is passed in heterotopic direction to distal end of resected vagus nerve. Anastomosis is applied between recurrent and vagus nerve using epineural suture. ^ EFFECT: method extends arsenal of means of recurrent nerve plasty. ^ 1 ex |
