FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to dentistry and can be applied in production of bases of complete removable jaw prostheses in particularly unfavourable clinical conditions. Method of producing bases of complete removable jaw prostheses in particularly unfavourable clinical conditions of prosthetic bed consists in obtaining functional impressions applying alginate impression mass, casting of models with following producing basis of complete removable jaw prosthesis. Functional impression is obtained by gradual filling of mouth cavity with alginate impression mass and fixing of jaws in central ratio with following casting of jaw models and establishing basis borders with 8-10 mm overstepping on cheek and lip mucosa. ^ EFFECT: improvement of fixation and simplification of technology of production of complete removable jaw prosthesis basis. ^ 1 ex
