Indole derivatives as histamine receptor antagonists

Disclosed are compounds of the general formula I wherein X is O or S, R4 is ûO-Het and R5 is hydrogen, or R4 is hydrogen or fluoro and R5 is ûO-Het and wherein the rest of the substituents are disclosed within the specification and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Also disclosed is the use of the above compounds for the preparation of medicaments for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases which are associated with the modulation of H3 receptors. Also disclosed is a process for the manufacture of the above compounds.
