METHOD FOR CATALYTIC RECOMBINING HYDROGEN CARRIED TOGETHER IN GAS FLOW WITH OXYGEN AND RECOMBINATION SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTING THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure especially high operating reliability of a recombination apparatus especially relating to hydrogen injection performed at need in steam/water supply circuit of equipment even when the operating condition changes or the operating mode changes in a catalytic recombining method for hydrogen carried together in the gas flow and oxygen and its recombination system in which a gas flow is guided through a reaction region having a plurality of catalytic elements and steam is mixed in the gas flow before flowing into the reaction region.

SOLUTION: The injection rate of steam to be mixed is adjusted in relation to a measurement value characterizing the actual temperature in the reaction region.
