<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering indium with which even in the case of being large content of nickel in acidic solution containing the indium and the nickel, high purity indium can efficiently be recovered in a simple process at low cost and in high recovering ratio. <P>SOLUTION: After neutralizing an acidic solution containing indium and nickel so as to become pH 4.5-6.0, desirably, pH 4.8-5.5 by adding carbonate of alkaline metal or alkaline-earth metal into the acidic solution, the nickel is removed with solid-liquid separation and the solid body containing the indium is recovered. The solid body containing the indium is dissolved with an acid and an alkali is added in the liquid obtained with the acid-leaching and neutralized so as to become 0.5-2.5 pH, and the liquid obtained with the neutralization, is used as an electrolytic original liquid and indium metal is electrolytically extracted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
