PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for detecting or compensating the characteristics of a transmission circuit with a small circuit scale. SOLUTION: A transmission circuit transmits a transmission signal from a signal processing part to a port. A reception circuit transmits a reception signal from the port to the signal processing part. A waveform monitor monitors the waveform of the transmission signal to be transmitted from the transmission circuit to the port to generate a feedback signal. A switch part connects the feedback signal from the waveform monitor to the reception circuit in a transmission timing.
