PURPOSE: The meat, a meat manufacturing device and a method thereof are provided to enrich taste of the meat by permeating beef stock into supplementary materials located on an inner side of the supplementary materials. CONSTITUTION: A meat manufacturing device includes a slide part, a fixing part, a cutting part, an insertion part, and a side wall. The slide part(100) includes a groove formed to a longitudinal direction. The fixing part(200) is connected with the slide part, and fixes the meat. The cutting part(400) includes a first slider(401) inserted into the groove, and a cutting member(403) fixed on the firs slider. The insertion part(500) includes a second slider(501) and an insertion member(503), and inserts supplementary materials to an inner space. The side wall is formed on the slide part or both edges of the fixing part. |
