<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card manufacturing method which enables cards easily to be stacked and integrated and stably fed with an issuing machine by absorbing ununiformity in their thickness without carrying out an operation of insertion and removal of an interleaving paper at each process to avoid damages to a card surface and can prevent the cards from generating scratches and unevenness caused by friction between cards during packing, transportation and storage, and to provide a card. <P>SOLUTION: The card manufacturing method includes the process for laminating and pressing an over-sheet on at least one surface of a center core sheet to obtain a card base 30 with a plurality of card shaped parts multi-faced, and the process for punching the card base into a card shape to obtain a card. After the process for obtaining the card base and before the process for punching the card base, a plurality of discontinuous projected parts having a thickness of 0.01 to 0.02 mm are formed on either the front or rear surface of the card shaped part of the card base. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
