PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable vehicle interior space for each area with fewer sensors. SOLUTION: An air conditioner for a vehicle includes a non-contact temperature sensor 70 for detecting a surface temperature of a first seated area 26 equivalent to a position of an occupant in a first area 1a, the surface temperature of a first wall surface area 25 equivalent to the position of a wall surface in the first area 1a, and the surface temperature of a second seated area 28 equivalent to the position of the occupant in a second area 1b. Further, the difference of a heated state between the first area 1a and the second area 1b is calculated by a correction value calculation means as a correction value. Furthermore, an internal temperature of the first area 1a, and the internal temperature of the second area 1b are estimated by a control temperature estimation means based on a detection value of the non-contact temperature sensor 70, and the detection value and the correction value of the non-contact temperature sensor 70, respectively.
