<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a performance data creation apparatus enabling simple inputting of notes with ornamental notes when creating performance data by step inputting, and a program for implementing a performance data creation method. <P>SOLUTION: When an ornamental note 1 button 3a7 is touched and when any of accent buttons 3a5 is touched when a flam system note input mode is selected, the flam system note is input to the present input position.
