<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film for being efficiently used as a surface protective film of a display such as a display screen, a scattering prevention film of a window glass or the like and improving scratch resistance, antibacterial properties, antifouling properties and moisture-proof properties. <P>SOLUTION: The hard coat film includes a hard coat layer containing an active energy ray curing multi-functional (meta)acrylate resin containing a hydroxyl group and/or a carboxylic group in molecules, an antibacterial agent and an antifouling agent on a single side or both sides of a transparent film base material. A vapor permeability is ≤50 g/m<SP>2</SP>/day. Preferably, in a resin composition forming the hard coat layer, 0.5-5 pts.wt. of the antibacterial agent and 0.1-3 pts.wt. of the antifouling agent are included, and more preferably, 0.1-50 pts.wt. of a filler is included to 100 pts.wt. of the active energy ray curing multi-functional (meta)acrylate resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
