PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which enables manufacturing of a plastic film lens with an uneven shape on the surface, with almost no deviation from a design value and high precision. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is to manufacture the plastic film lens with a lens part of uneven shape on at least, one surface of a transparent plastic base 11. In addition, the manufacturing method comprises a first curing process of curing an ultraviolet-curable resin composition 12 by ultraviolet exposure 5 into a low cured material with a degree of cure of 10 to 50%, while molding the above resin composition on a transparent plastic base, with the help of a first mold 3 having an unevenness of an inverted mold as opposite to the lens part, and a second curing process of curing the low cured material to the degree of cure of higher than 90% by ultraviolet exposure 8, while molding the low cured material with the help of a second mold 6 having an unevenness of an inverted mold as opposite to the lens part.
