PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material comprising a plurality of packaging members having a cushioning material fixed for avoiding time and labor of collecting and storing the packaging material and cushioning material after unpacking, and a packaging member and packaging material capable of being folded flat for convenient handling and storage, capable of being stacked for storage, not requiring rearrangement of the cushioning material in packaging preparation work, capable of being applied for packaging by one touch operation and capable of being suitably reused. SOLUTION: The packaging material is integrated with the cushioning material to prevent them from being missing. A 360°flexible hinge is used in a coupling portion to allow the packaging material to be folded flat for convenience of transportation and storage.
