DRINKING WATER SAVING SYSTEM

The invention relates to a system for saving drinking water. The invention comprises a hot water circuit with a recirculation system, including: a tap having a thermostatic valve calibrated to a pre-determined temperature (e.g. 36°); a first non-return valve which prevents water from entering the circuit in the opposite direction; a second non-return valve in the inlet of the boiler, preventing the entry of cold water from the external network (2); a pressure switch; and a water pump which moves the water towards the boiler when the pressure switch detects an increase in the pressure in the circuit. The system operates such that when the hot tap is opened no water can be released until the temperature pre-determined by the thermostatic valve has been reached. Once said temperature has been reached, the tap allows the release of hot and cold water so that the desired temperature can be obtained.
