<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warehouse operation support system capable of efficiently issuing an operation instruction for operators when receiving the operation instruction for storing or retrieving articles of various types and forms. <P>SOLUTION: The warehouse operation support system grasps positions where the articles 500 are arranged and positions of handy terminals 300 held by the operators, and when the operation instructions for conducting a storing operation or a retrieving operation of a specific article is received, determines a handy terminal 300 which is optimum for the operation instruction or a most efficient hand terminal 300 and transfers the operation instruction and the position where the article 500 to which the operation instruction is issued is arranged to the determined handy terminal 300. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
