PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sill structure of a new concrete foundation which not only extremely easily and positively secures the horizontality of a top surface of a sill with favorable accuracy but also is economical and achieved in complete underfloor ventilation, and to provide a sill receiving member of the concrete foundation. SOLUTION: The wooden sill 11 is made to penetrate screw rods 20, 21 protruding from an upper surface 10a of the concrete foundation 10, and held on the foundation. In the sill structure, the sill receiving member 30 having a receiving seat surface 30a on a lower side 11b of the wooden sill 11 is screwed to the screw rods 20, 21, and the wooden sill 11 is held between fastening nuts 40 on an upper surface 11a of the sill and the sill receiving members.
