PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key authentication system which improves security in authentication process between wireless communication mobile terminal and radio communication device. SOLUTION: The key authentication system includes a first communication means for receiving key information through a first mobile communication network, a first memory means for storing the key information, a wireless communication mobile terminal (100) having a second communication means for transmitting the key information to the wireless communication device whose power is smaller than that of the first mobile communication network through a second mobile communication network, a third communication means for receiving the key information through the first mobile communication network, a second memory means for storing the received key information, a fourth communication means for receiving the key information from the wireless communication device through the second mobile communication network, a wireless communication device (300), having an authentication means for outputting the result of authentication process between the received key information and the stored key information, and control means (101, 201, 301), having a control center (200) for controlling the stored key information to control the key information in accordance with the elapse of time.
