PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air introducing member for covering a rice suction member from its lower end to its upper end so as to enable the direct suction of rice from a rice storage housing to enhance the suction efficiency of rice. SOLUTION: The hopper 4 having a weighing machine 3 is arranged above a rice washing tank 2, the rice storage housing 5 is arranged under the rice washing tank 2, a negative pressure means 6 for reducing the pressure in the hopper 4 is connected to the hopper 4, a rice transportation means 7 for sucking the rice in the rice storage housing 5 to feed the same to the hopper 4 is provided between the rice storage housing 5 and the hopper 4, and all of them are supported by a machine frame 8. The rice transportation means 7 has the rice suction member 11 arranged in the rice storage housing 5, a rice transportation member 12 for connecting the rice suction member 11 and the hopper 4 and the air introducing member 16 for covering the rice suction member 11 from its lower end to its upper end to introduce air into the rice storage housing 5.
