<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal entrance exit to and from a bicycle parking lot, and to secure users' safety. <P>SOLUTION: A gate device 1 for the bicycle parking lot for controlling the passage of a two-wheel vehicle 2 comprises a pathway 3 for the passage of the two-wheel vehicle 2, a first gate 16A arranged on a side of the pathway 3 to open and close the pathway 3 by rotating sideways, a first detecting sensor 10 arranged before the first gate 16A in the passing direction of the two-wheel vehicle 2 to detect the two-wheel vehicle 2 coming closer to the part before the first gate 16A, and a second detecting sensor 11 arranged on the depth side of the first gate 16A in the passing direction of the two-wheel vehicle 2 to detect the two-wheel vehicle 2 which has passed through the first gate 16A. When the first detecting sensor 10 detects the two-wheel vehicle 2, the first gate 16A is moved to be in an open state, and when the second detecting sensor 11 detects the two-wheel vehicles 2, the first gate 16A is moved to be in a closed state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
