PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable lens barrel, an optical device and a method for manufacturing the lens barrel. SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes a second barrel having an inner surface facing the outer surface of a first barrel, and a circuit board supported to the second barrel and provided facing the outer surface of the first barrel and the inner surface of the second barrel.
